"I KNOW WHY THE CAGED BIRD SINGS" BY MAYA ANGELOU
I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings is one of seven works by Maya Angelou that details her own coming of age story. Angelou use her autobiography to explore subjects such as identity,rape,racism, and literacy.
Today marks the loss of a universally important writer and speaker that inspires many generations across the race or color boundaries in America.
Her span of intelligence thru her own hardships and tribulations growing up allowed for a blessing of knowledge singed with wisdom fanned by honest clarity.
My shared experience with everyone else on this planet will surely miss her, but can revel in her art and contribution to the civilization of the universe forever!
